  • Finlup Account Information: Full name, email address, Google account ID, and avatar image used for single sign-on across all ecosystem products.
  • Personal Identity: Phone number, professional profiles, and billing information required for payment processing.
  • Business & Innovation Data: Company details, project ideas, and specific innovation requirements you share through our services.
  • Academic Data: Learning progress, quiz results, and participation in our educational programs (course.finlup.id, innovate.finlup.id).
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and usage data via cookies across all ecosystem platforms.
  • Payment Information: Billing details and transaction history processed through our centralized payment hub.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used responsibly across the Finlup ecosystem to:

  • Provide a unified single sign-on experience across all Finlup products (quran.finlup.id, store.finlup.id, course.finlup.id, play.finlup.id, hadits.finlup.id, qiblat.finlup.id, innovate.finlup.id, kambingcup.finlup.id, cloud.finlup.id, and others).
  • Deliver and manage educational services and software development solutions.
  • Personalize your experience across ecosystem products based on your usage and preferences.
  • Process financial transactions through our centralized payment hub and issue official payment receipts.
  • Send critical updates regarding service changes, payments, or product updates.
  • Perform statistical analysis to improve all platforms in the Finlup ecosystem.

3. Finlup Account & Cross-Product Data

As a unified ecosystem, data is shared between products to provide a seamless experience. Here is how it works:

  • Single Sign-On: When you create a Finlup Account, your profile information (name, email, avatar) is available to all ecosystem products you choose to access.
  • Payment Synchronization: Your subscription and payment status is shared across products to determine access rights and entitlements.
  • Usage Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be shared across products to improve the overall ecosystem experience.
  • User Control: You can manage your cross-product data preferences by contacting our privacy team at privacy@finlup.id.
  • Product-Specific Data: Data you create within a specific product (e.g., Quran bookmarks, course progress, game scores) remains within that product unless you explicitly choose to share it.

4. Payment & Transaction Security

When you purchase digital products or services through our centralized payment hub, your financial security is our priority:

  • Centralized Processing: All payments across the ecosystem are processed through our central payment hub at finlup.id using secure third-party Payment Gateways (Ipaymu, Midtrans, or Xendit).
  • Data Security: All payment data is transmitted via encrypted SSL/TLS protocols following industry standards (PCI-DSS).
  • No Storage of Financial Credentials: We do not store credit card details or bank credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled by our licensed gateway partners.
  • Transaction History: We retain purchase history for digital product access, customer support, and mandatory tax/accounting reporting. This history is accessible from your Finlup Account.

5. Digital Product Access

Regarding the digital products you access through the ecosystem:

  • Access Control: Payment status is verified through the central hub before granting content access rights across all products.
  • Delivery: Licenses, download links, and access credentials are delivered to your registered email or Finlup Account dashboard.
  • Updates: We notify you of critical updates or new versions of the digital products you own across the ecosystem.
  • Account Suspension: If your Finlup Account is suspended, access to all ecosystem products may be affected.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners for operational purposes:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Cloud and hosting services (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS) that power the ecosystem.
  • Payment Processors: Authorized gateways (Ipaymu, Midtrans, Xendit) to ensure secure business transactions.
  • Authentication Providers: Google OAuth for secure single sign-on services.
  • Analytics Services: Tools like Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve UX across the ecosystem.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

7. Your Rights (PDP Law No. 27/2022)

In accordance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data across all ecosystem products.
  • Update or rectify inaccurate information in your Finlup Account.
  • Request data erasure (The Right to be Forgotten) under certain conditions.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications or newsletters.
  • Request cross-product data sharing to be restricted.
  • Data Portability: Receive your data in a commonly used electronic format.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
