Terms of Service

These terms govern your relationship with PT. Finlup Solusi Digital. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Finlup Account & Ecosystem Access

Finlup ID operates a unified account system (Finlup Account) that serves as your single identity across all products and services in the Finlup ecosystem:

  • A single Finlup Account grants you access to all affiliated platforms including but not limited to: quran.finlup.id, store.finlup.id, course.finlup.id, play.finlup.id, hadits.finlup.id, qiblat.finlup.id, innovate.finlup.id, kambingcup.finlup.id, and cloud.finlup.id.
  • Your Finlup Account is protected by Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
  • Account suspension or termination on one product may affect access to other products in the ecosystem.
  • We reserve the right to add or remove products from the ecosystem at any time without prior notice.
  • Each product may have additional terms specific to its use. In the event of conflict, these general terms prevail.

Centralized Payment Hub

Finlup ID operates a centralized payment processing system that handles transactions for all ecosystem products through secure Indonesian licensed gateways (Ipaymu, Midtrans, or Xendit):

  • Payments made through any Finlup product are processed by our central payment hub at finlup.id.
  • A single payment transaction can unlock access across multiple products where applicable.
  • All invoices and payment receipts are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from the central system.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., 11% PPN) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment records are synchronized across the ecosystem for user convenience and support purposes.
  • We do not store credit card details or bank credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled by our licensed gateway partners.

Software Development Services

By engaging with our custom software development services, you agree to the following operational terms:

  • Project scope and specific deliverables are defined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements.
  • Development timelines and milestones are estimated and subject to mutual adjustments.
  • Official communication must be conducted through approved channels (Email, Slack, or Project Management Tools).
  • We reserve the right to suspend services if payment schedules are not met.

Digital Products & Subscriptions

For digital products and subscription-based services within the Finlup ecosystem:

  • Access to digital products is granted upon successful payment confirmation through our centralized payment hub.
  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase (monthly, annual, or one-time).
  • Auto-renewal subscriptions will be charged at the end of each billing period unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
  • Feature availability and product access tiers are determined by the subscription level purchased.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any digital product with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a transparent refund structure to cover resource allocation and administrative costs:

  • Custom Software Development: Cancellation before project commencement entitles a 75% refund of the total project value. A non-refundable 25% fee covers consultation and administrative overhead. Once development reaches the 50% milestone, payments become non-refundable.
  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: Refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All refunds are processed within 14-30 business days through the original payment method via our centralized payment hub.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of software, content, and source code is governed as follows:

  • Custom Development: Source code ownership is transferred to the Client only upon 100% full payment completion.
  • Open Source Products: Products under the Finlup ID open source program (e.g., select ecosystem tools) are licensed under their respective open source licenses (MIT, GPL, etc.).
  • The Company retains the right to use generic code libraries and frameworks developed prior to or outside of client projects.
  • The Company may showcase projects in its professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
  • User-generated content within ecosystem products remains the property of the user, with a license granted to Finlup ID for platform operation purposes.

Cross-Product Data & Ecosystem Integration

As a unified ecosystem, data may be shared between products to provide a seamless experience:

  • Your Finlup Account profile information (name, email, avatar) is shared across all ecosystem products you access.
  • Payment and subscription status is synchronized across the ecosystem to determine product access rights.
  • Usage analytics may be aggregated across products to improve the overall ecosystem.
  • You may opt out of cross-product personalization features by contacting our privacy team.
  • Data sharing between products is governed by our Privacy Policy and Indonesian PDP Law No. 27/2022.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Legal compliance and conflict resolution:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be settled through amicable deliberation (Musyawarah).
  • In the event that no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
